We are here on vacation and love Carmel! We found this coffee shop and the service is phenomenal along with food. They have lots of different delicacies as far as the pastries and cake slices. Even have gluten and vegan brownies❤️

Pastry’s are simply fantastic! Coffee is roasted and brewed fresh and the service is as if I’m at a friends house! I come here everytime I’m in town. A hidden gem!

Imad the owner was very hospitable and welcoming and i highly recommend getting the black cherry gelato and the matcha vanilla latte. Perfect after dinner treat. Street parking available

The Pistachio cheese is a must try! The mocha was pretty good as well! Overall the vibe is very calming and cool, just like the city of Carmel-by-the-sea!

Andrew’s café is an awesome spot. The coffee is always excellent, and the place has a warm, cozy feel with unique local art. Andrew is genuinely kind and always makes sure you’re satisfied, and he’s even taught me a lot about watches. Definitely recommend!

We stopped by Café Dal Mare after getting sandy toes at Carmel Beach — the pastries were amazing and the coffee was delicious! We’re definitely coming back!

Andrew is absolutely amazing! He asks about your day and he genuinely cares! He made my girlfriend a special day with a slice of cake! The coffee is amazing!

This Italian café offers an excellent selection of pastries and ice creams. We tried the famous Pistachio Ricotta Cake, and I was taken aback by the $12 price tag for a slice. However, it was absolutely delicious - heavenly, in fact! I've never had such a flavorful cake that wasn't overly sweet. It was definitely worth it. We also had the mocha, which was just average. Service was slow and the space felt a bit cramped for the number of customers.

Great people and great service. The brothers who run this place are all very kind — especially Andrew, who remembers my gluten intolerance and always makes sure I have gluten-free options.

We love Cafe dal Mare 🤍 It’s a cozy, inviting place run by a charming, local family with heart and soul. Everything there, is gourmet. My favorites are the hazelnut ricotta chocolate cake and cafè mocha; which they hand craft with a beautiful ganache; and their lemon tarte, which takes me back to the Amalfi coast while still enjoying ours! They’re also pup friendly, which makes for a fun stop on our daily adventures in town. Now, if Akira would only stop eyeing my cake…!
